We inspire individuals with food allergies to feel empowered through connecting them to resources in the food allergy community. Between the two of us, we have lived for five decades with severe food allergies. After years of navigating the allergy lifestyle, we always wished for a comprehensive resource that shared insight on every aspect of living a healthy allergy lifestyle.

We are not alone, 85 million people in our country have severe, life threatening food allergies or intolerances. This number is growing each year. When a patient is diagnosed, often they are left to navigate on their own, searching for resources and ways to live a normal life. This can be challenging and overwhelming. 

 

PURE Allergy Life is a complete allergy lifestyle company which is dedicated to connecting the food allergy community together through curated articles, shared experiences, and sourced brand collaborations. We want to inspire the food allergy community to create in the kitchen, empower them to embrace what they CAN eat, and connect them to the broader food allergy community.
