1 lb of fresh salmon
3 T soy sauce
1 T honey
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced ginger
Juice of half lime
・Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
・Add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, ginger, and lime juice into a small bowl.
・Whisk to combine.
・Cut the salmon into 2 inch cubes.
・Place the salmon on a sheet pan lined with foil.
・Dip each piece of salmon in the sauce mixture until it is fully coated.
・Pour the remaining sauce over the salmon afterwards.
・Cook for 15 minutes and flip after 10 minutes of cooking.
・Serve with Ginger Infused Bok Choy and steamed basmati rice.
