Ingredients:
2 cans of rinsed Cannellini beans
4 tbsp. Olive oil
3 tbsp. Fresh chives
2 tbsp. Fresh parsley
Juice of ½ lemon
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/8 tsp. Chili powder
Salt
Pepper
Prep:
・Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
・Add the olive oil while pulsing until you reach the desired consistency.
・Blend in a food processor until smooth.
・Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week
